Uploading Vouchers Using EDI Manager
My company uses PeopleSoft Financials version 8.4 and we are currently exploring options for uploading vouchers into the system. I understand that one of the options available for uploads is the use of the EDI Manager. However, I know that this is an old tool and that versions 8.9 and above utilize the Excel Spreadsheet upload feature instead.
Can anyone provide some feedback as to what the primary advantages/disadvantages are of using the EDI Manager tool? The pros/cons will definitely help in our analysis regarding whether to follow this path or not.
