Blue Screen When doing payment search
We have a user in production that gets a blue screen when doing a payment inquiry in peoplesoft financials 9.1 with PS tools 8.51.10. It only is happening for this user profile. We have added and removed roles in test DBs and this did not fix it. We had to delete the user profile and this worked but we do not delete user profiles in production. We will try to get a trace next to see if this shows anything.
Any ideas you have on this?
