Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Outlook Process and Discarded Folders

In my workflow Outlook mail account I see thousands of emails in the Process and Discard folders that go back several years.

1) Is there any reason not to delete the messages from these folders?

2) Would it be appropriate to set a rule up to delete email from these folders that's over a certain (?) age?

3) Is there already a process in Oracle that will do this for me?
