Excel Worksheet in Release Adaptor - CRM 9.1 ???

I want to apply Relase Adaptor - Patch 14378435 (update 868325). I have downloaded (upd868325.zip)from Orcale Support website. I have already configuraed change assitnat for it and set it up the job. But before applying i want to review excel worksheet to know about modified objects as per "upd868325_install.htm" which is as below.

"Note: Please refer to the excel worksheet that includes a list of the objects and programs that will be modified in this update, as well as a list of records included in this update along with the appropriate actions for each. Note that if there is no X in the update action column for a record, then no build action is required for that record. ".
