McAfee VirusScan exclusioni policy as it pertains to an Oracle Identity Management suite installatio

 Hi group..
I was told that a McAfee agent VirusScan Enterprise Ver  8.8 Patch was installed on three of my Oracle Identity manager servers ( without consulting first) apparently the consultant thought all products labeled ORACLE are databases and has applied a db exclusion policy.  Does anyone have any ideas where I can find documention for the Oracle Identity Management Suite ( I have other products on other servers) concerning which files/directories to exclude from active scanning...I suggested my home directories however my organizaiton wants the documentation from the vendor detailing exclusions and why...any information would be outstanding...
