how to reduce the displying time on peoplesoft page ?

Dear all,

i have added page on peoplesoft. it has a performance problem that ten thousand rows was displyed about ten minites.

elapsed time of using the sql in people code is that just 20 seconds but displying time on a page is very long.

so, let me know how to reduce the displying time ?
