Add on NICS not being set to Running State

Config - 2xSun V440 in Sun Cluster 3.2 configuration. NIC 1 set as Public Standby, and NIC 2 set as Private interconnect #2, OBP Firmware 4.30.4.a. NIC 1 and NIC 2 are x4150A Gigaswift Copper RJ-45 Gigabit cards.

Problem: NIC 1 and NIC 2 get set to Failed and not running after Solaris Kernel header appears and as Watchdog gets enabled. The 2 V440 onboard CE interfaces are not affected.

I have swapped cards from one system to a 3rd V440, and the cards check out ok. I have replaced cables, switches. I have verified switch functionality with PC w/1gb nic in it.  I have patched both Cluster nodes to Solaris 10 8/11 patch set (Kernel 147440-01). I have made sure the CE driver is the same (modinfo | grep CE ...(v1.174).

Howdy, Stranger!
