Credit Analyst can see the notes created in Advanced Collections or not?

Can Credit Analyst see the notes created for specific Customer created in Advanced Collections while creating or anlysing that specific Customer's Credit application? If anyone has any way to do the same please let me know. Also for this what setup is required in Advanced Collections or in Credit Management also let me know the same.
