add second sso instance for wna

Hi!
Is it correct that I can clone my SSO installation and use on different host with the same database repository and the same OID instance but with different SSO configuration and different apache(ie wna.my.host.com)?
I need to use two SSO instances - first as default and second with WNA or digital certificate authentication.
I use SSO 10.1.4.3 with OID 11g.
