De-register 12.1.3 from OID / SSO server

Hi Gurus,

Wondering if anyone came across this issue.  Currently, 12.1.3 is being integrated with IDM ( OID 11g / OAM11g).   There is no Oracle Identity Manager connectors, so default DIP connector being used.   Now, the UAT / Prod instance is being cloned for production support, but this has reference to UAT / PROD IDM server.  De-registering the EBS instance will remove the existing entries in UAT and will cause issues.  Also, during the de-registration, the script does not take OID server, so we can fake it to some to dev server so it will try to remove and clean the entries.  Since,
