Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Core Workflow - EBS (MOSC)

Error when checking Status Diagram in Status Monitor of Workflow Administrator.

On only one environment 12.0.6 which has been recently cloned we want to see the Status Diagram in Status Monitor and we get an error message :

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.

We have checked a few Notes on Metalink like this one:

But it does not seem to point in the right direction. Could you help here please ?
