Database wizard fails when creating PeopleSoft HCM database on sql server 2008 r2 for PT 8.53

 HI,
i'm doing a brand new install of HCM 9.1  on sql server 2008 r2.  The PeopleTools version is 8.53.01.  When I run the database wizard its creates the instance but it fails when it attempt to run the connect.sql.  I setup both the 32 and 64bit and I received the same results.  Please advise if you have any recommendations.
