How to get DCC working with 11gR2 webgate?

Hi,
I've installed an 11gR2 webgate, and I have "Allow Credential Collection Operations" enabled in the OAM console, but when I access a protected resource, the browser just gets redirected to /pages/login.jsp and then gets a 404 error, because that doesn't exist.  I don't see the browser getting redirected to any of the DCC perl scripts at all.  I've also followed the steps at http://fusionsecurity.blogspot.com/2012/10/dcc-configuration-11gr2.html, but still it's working the same way.  To me, it looks like it's still behaving like with ECC?

What other steps do I need to do to get the webgate to operate as a DCC?
