Advanced Collections - My Tasks -- Source document number -- Hyperlink

Hi Collections Team,
in Advanced Collections --> My tasks window 

When I clicked on one of the task, it opens additional detail into another window. 

In Source document number there is a number and a hyperlink underneath.... when i clicked on the link it is not going any where....

I want to know is the hyperlink suppose to work or just it is a place holder? 

If I want to make it work.... can you suggest how to troubleshoot the issue.
