Deleting TERM transaction error

Hi,

When i ran saimptlogfin batch i am getting the below error.

saimptlogfin_1~20130222032732~DeleteTermRecs~sa_tran_head~-2292~ORA-02292: integrity constraint (RMS13.STE_SHE_FK) violated - child record found~Deleting TERM transaction

It is saying child records not deleted for sa_tran_tender_rev table .How to resolved this error.
