Is there any way by which we can restrict the approver to submit the journal for approval

In the current AWE approval workflow

 

The system is allowing the approver to submit the journal for approval. Our requirement is we want the system to restrict the journal submission when journal approver is trying to submit the journal for approval.

 

For example,

 

If the journal creators created the journal but haven’t submitted the journal for approval, in this case the journal approver goes to the online page either pressed the process button in the journal line page or submit button in the approval page. The journal has been submitted for approval in approver ids.
