Can the Tao tables be created in the Pstemp tablespace?

Hi experts.
I know it is not recommended for the Tao tables to be created in the Psdefault tablespace, but we, Dba's are receiving errors
ORA-01652: unable to extend temp segment by 128 in tablespace PSDEFAULT

I will like to send an email to the Peoplesoft Developers saying to create the Tao tables in the Pstemp tablespace.  Is this correct?
