Consume Web Service Wizard error 1st step - AND - what is Schema format needed in Message page?

Two questions:

I am trying to find what the format is supposed to be of a 'message schema'. I tried copy-pasting the WSDL for the service I want to consume. It says 'XML parse error' and "XML parser error ParseXMLString (159,5)" also "IBSCHEMA_WRK.IB_MSGHYPERLINK.FieldChange PCPC:3235 Statement 45".

 

I am trying to build a Message, because I can't get my 'Consume Web Service Wizard' to work on the very first step - Select WSDL Source'.

 

So if anyone can help with ideas for either this Schema format - OR - even better... with Select WSDL Source step 1 in Consume web service, it would be most appreciated!
