Add a Copying project step in PeopleTools only upgrade

Hi all,

we're currenlty upgrading our FSCM application from PT 8.48 to 8.52. We have some customisations that we put in a specific project and copied this project to file.

We would like to copy this project automatically in the target database during the upgrade. So, we added a step in the template following the properties of the existing step concerning PPLTLS84CUR project. But each time we tried to launch this step, it failed. We saw in the log file that it was unable to recover the database name nor the oprid to connect to the target.
