peoplesoft Delivered methodology to send Invoice or Customer Statement or Dunning Letter in Email Bo
Can someone let me know from there experience like is there any peoplesoft Delivered methodology to send Invoice or Customer Statement or Dunning Letter in Email Body not as attachment. I have also explored Oracle as done this using Merkerware(3rd party tool) intergration for dunning letters. But i would like to know is there any delivered peoplesoft methodology without any intergration in which anyone achived this for any of this requirement. can we achieve this using Approval workflow or Email collaboration? Has anyone implemented this for any of your clients? Please suggest!!!
