Error on OIM BP04 patch - upgrade-oes-ootb-policies:

Hi Gurus,

As part of the IDM install, installed the OAM / IDM.  Trying to patch to the latest version as and as part of the  OIM post install  fillin the patch_oim_wls.profile,  then run the sh patch_oim_wls.sh

This fails at the end of the "upgrade-oes-ootb-policies" target.  We don't have OES configure or used anywhere.  Can this error be ignored or is it known issue.

upgrade-oes-ootb-policies:
     [echo]  ----> UPDATING OUT OF THE BOX OES POLICIES
     [java] Exception in thread "main" java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: IO Error: Connection reset
     [java]     at oracle.jdbc.driver.T4CConnection.logon(T4CConnection.java:428)
