LACP passive mode doesn't work

Hi all.We have Solaris 11 11/11 on a T3 and we created an aggregation with  2 x ixgbe NIC cards (Sun Dual 10Gbe SPF+ PCIe 2.0)  and they works ok unless we put LACP in passive mode.  

It looks like that after a while they stop working. When we put them in off mode it's all ok. 

Any clue/patches for this?
