DUP_TAXC_COMPITEM error

Hi,

I am trying to load RTLOG file it is throwing DUP_TAXC_COMPITEM error. Here we have tax both at the item level as well as discount level.The item number of both the line item and discount item is same. How should the RTLOG format look like?

The file format should be as shown below.

TITEM

    IGTAX

  IDISC

    IGTAX

Is this correct?
