Certification of Office 365

My understanding is that Office 365 is a cloud based version of the product. There are lots of server-side components and Process Types that depend on local server installs of Office (nVision, Letter Generation, etc). 

What plans does Oracle have to certify Office 365 for both client and server side usage?  Are there any knowledge documents available describing how (or if)PeopleTools will adapt to this architectural change?
