Using WSLT to remotely export/import out of and into OIM's MDS

My OIM Administrator has refused to support my dev team in our efforts to configure and program for OIM 11g. Now we are being told that we should be able to do what we need to do by using WLST from our Windows clients to connect to the OIM on the Linux server and export out of and import into Meta Data Services. In other words, we will have to figure out how to use remote WLST client to replace the functionality of the weblogicExportMetadata.sh and weblogicImportMetadata.sh commandline utilities used to configure OIM.
