Retail Analytics Template

Hi,

In Retail Analytics,the crdb using template option, will I be able to create a schema with data in it, or the template would just help in creating the schema without data?

Also, the template creation is encountering an error " Database must be opened with upgrade option". The database in use is
Version 11.2.0.1 and we are using Retail Analytics 13.2
