unique constraint (RMS13.PK_COST_EVENT_NIL) violated returned by program unit FUTURE_COST_EVENT_SQL.

Hello,

When trying to approve a parent item with 2 children items I am getting the "unique constraint (RMS13.PK_COST_EVENT_NIL) violated returned by program unit FUTURE_COST_EVENT_SQL.ADD_NIL" error message and the parent item does not get approved. The children items do get approved. When I look on COST_EVENT_NIL table, there are no records on that table, so I am not sure why its failing with that error message.

Just for your reference we are on RMS 13.2.5.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
