implement OSSO with Microsoft AD

Hi,

In my current production env , I am running R12.1.1 with 10g database on Linux machines, now I want to integrate Oracle Single Sign On for R12 to be synchronized with Microsoft Active Directory. Please provide me the notes that how we can do it? What is the recommended method to implement this whole infrastructure?
