Oracle Security Alert for CVE-2013-1493

 Dear Experts, 

  We are a Campus Solution shop with CS 9.0 & PT 8.51. Our webserver is Weblogic 10.3 with database as Oracle 11.2.0.2. Would request someone tom advise me if the Security alert that was released by oracle  on 4th March has anything to do with my system. Does that need to be applied. 

   Normally we apply Patch bundles in the Oracle Database as we are under a impression that these CPUs are included in the Patch Bundles. Please advise.
