location_closed table in RMS

Hi,

Would like to know the usage of columns in location_closed table.

 Assume if sales_ind = 'Y'  on any particular close_date, then sales is possible in RMS on the mentioned close_date.

                if ship_ind = 'Y' on any particular close_date, then shipment is possible in RMS on the mentioned close_date.

                if recv_ind = 'Y' on any particular date, then receiving is possible in RMS on the mentioned close_date.

Please advise.
