10.1.4.0.1 Policy Manger Hangs As Soon As Clicking on Policy Domain

Hi All,
We have a issue on our production environment..

Please find problem description below:

After logging in to the policy manger and navigating to the My policy domains link we are seeing blank page .As soon as we hit the my policy domain link we are observing CPU spike in both policy manager and oid

Response would appreciated.
