Integration Broker error during Hire process. - No matching buffer found for level.

Hi,

We are getting this IB error at the time of Hire. Verified applicant data. Found no issues on the data side.

Error message in HRS_HIRE.HRS_HIRE_ERRMSG

Competency: No matching buffer found for level.No matching buffer found for level. (15,26)When retrieving data for a page, a data value was retrieved for which there was no matching data value at a higher level scroll entry. (For example, at scroll l-----Any inputs will be helpful.I have attached the app server log & IB error.
