OIM Database Application Tables Connector Lookup value management

Hello I am have a problem with OIM Database Application Tables Connector, In the target system Oracle 10g there are one parent table which contain user master data and five child table.
I have some problem with populating Lookup value, the scenario in the target system is, user have three drop down box. 1. Country, 2. City and 3. Area.

After selecting country new City drop-down will be populated the after selecting City new Area will be populated. This means each dropdown box has a dependency on other dropdown.
My Question is how I can do the similar thing in OIM user Provisioning using Database Application Tables Connector. Is there any idea please help.
