RTW Dispatch from SIM

Hi -
I was doing a test on returns in SIM. Stuck with an issue.

Steps:
- Created an RTW in SIM and saved it.
- Transfer got created in RMS. Tsf_reserved_qty got updated in RMS for the WH.
- Dispatched the RTW in SIM. Item_loc_soh didn't update.
- Message stuck in rib_message_failure in RMS with below error:-
