Error on user provisioning with OID connector

Hi Gurus,

I got an issue with OIM - OID connector 9.04.  Installed 11.1.1.5.4 OIM and and configured the OID Connector 9.0.4.    Followed the steps in doc and  configured the OID connector via Manage Connector and configured the IT Resource. No issues. 
Now, trying to create Request to create user and getting this error.

" IAM-2050014:An error occurred while initiating approvals for request oracle.iam.platform.workflowservice.exception.IAMWorkflowException: Tasklist mapping failed for workflowdefinition: default/DefaultRequestApproval!1.0 due to User has insufficient privileges to update workflow runtime configuration data. User weblogic attempted to update runtime configuration data without having the required workflow.mapping.publicFlexField privilege. Ensure that the user has been granted the appropriate workflow privileges before updating runtime configuration data. . The corresponding error message is {1}. "
