Issues with HRMS 9.1 upgrade to Bundle 10

Hi,

We have recently upgraded to HRMS 9.1 bundle 10 PT 8.52, and are having a few issues since go-live. I have checked PS_MAINTENANCE_LOG and bundle 6 is missing, but we applied that manually (not thru CA). So the projects are in there, but the PS_MAINTENANCE_LOG doesnt show a Bundle 6 stamp.

1) Is that ok or should PS_MAINTENANCE_LOG  definitely have a "bundle 6" stamp?

2) Is there any way to check if the bundles have been applied correctly? (Meta-tables that I can check for example?)

3) Does there have to be just one row against each UPDATE_ID, I see a few duplicate UPDATE_ID's in our table, is that likely to cause problems?
