How to customize HR Self-Service workflow to be able to send an FYI notification to all approvers?

Hello,

We have a requirement that requires customizing the HR Self-Service workflow as follows:

After an approver rejects a request, an FYI notification message should be sent to all of the approvers involved in the request.

How is it possible to implement this customization and what are the steps needed.
