Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. If this policy affects you, act now to change the email address that is associated with your Oracle (and community) account. Issues upgrading from 8.49.31 to 8.53.01

We are in the middle of upgrading our current FSCM 9.0 envrionment from Peopletools 8.49.31 to 8.53.01.

Currently our issue is as folllows.

1. We log into the Env using Peoplesoft Authentication.

2. We successfully have the portal rendered and appears usable.

3. When we click on any link the session kicks you out of the session and get the following error message.

An error has occurred.
You may attempt to sign in again.
If your attempt fails, please contact your System Administrator.
Please make sure Webserver and Appserver are up.
Also in the app log we get a message stating
PSPAL: Abort: Unexpected signal received
