PeopleTools Upgrade - Tables Missing in Alter Timestamps Scripts

I am running a PeopleTools only 8.52 upgrade (from PT 8.48) on a copy of our production database.  I ran the PSORATimestampConversion.bat program which generates the scripts for timestamp conversion.  In several of the alter timestamp scripts, there were errors for missing tables.  I checked our production database and these tables did not exist there either, therefore, I commented them out of the scripts as a workaround.  However, I am concerned why these tables were in there in the first place.  They do not exist in Application Designer either, so I am not sure what the script generation program uses
