Component Interface access being removed from Permission List

We are having an issue where the Component Interface (CI) access attached to a Permission List is being removed. 

Our Security Admin adds the CI access back to the Permission List and a couple days later the access is missing again. 


Thinking some batch process i.e. Application Engine is removing the security. However after a very long scan I could not find anything.   This issue is only occurring with 1 CI and 1 Permission List.


Environment: PSFT 9.0, PSTOOLS 8.49.21, Oracle 11g
