No records in UWQ for the new OU

Hi,

We have set up a new OU and I have done all the setups and run Scoring engine. But here is no counts in the bill_to node after run the populate UWQ summary table.

When I do the query using: there is no records returned.

select * from IEX_DLN_UWQ_SUMMARY where org_id=201 (new OU org_id)

Can someone can help me with this?
