Huge PSQUERY on PSNT process scheduler

 Recently we had issues with  huge PSQUERY running on PSNT process scheduler stuck in POSTING status and blocking all the reports as well. We are using transfer type as HTTP and report repository is configured on AIX server. Is there a size limit to transfer the report?
