PeopleSoft Administrator Role for Upgrade User
I am working on a lot of various upgrades, both PeopleTools and application. I have 2 user IDs that I have used for other duties and both have the PeopleSoft Administrator role assigned to their user profiles. However, when I need to set up a new environment for Change Assistant, only one of the user profiles has enough authority to execute all of the steps of the upgrade. There are many differences in roles in these 2 user IDs, but these differences are with roles for application functions. As far as administrator roles, they both have all of the same
