Tuning Application Designer

Hi,

 I´m loading manually Update projects for some large MP updates on a HCM 9.0 Application (PT 8.49.03).  I get many memoy errors creating the Build Scripts (like the attached image),  I also found that each time I load/compare a large project the Application Designer is slow loading the Permission list data before the project is opened.

The workstation (PT 8.49.03) has 4GB RAM, CPU i7-3770 CPU 3.10 GHz, Windows 7 SP1. It has plenty of resources for this task but the application does not seem to take them.

Are there information about tuning the Application Designer?

I found some information for the Change Assistant that I already applied in the same workstation:  E-CA Improving Performance in Applying a Cumulative Maintenance Pack [ID 789886.1]
