Link between Tax Rate and Inventory Organization?

Hi Experts
Is there is any linkage between In Tax rate & Inventory Organization?

Example: On opening the tax definition form  system will ask to choose the inventory organization.

Is there any linkage between the rate and Inventory organization selected? If yes, where I can see the linkage?
