Reclassification of packitems

Hello colleagues. 
Could please someone explain me the process of reclassification for packitems? 

I am perfoming reclassification of huge amount of items, and have about 100 pack items. 
For examle I have packitem #1 which consist of 2 different items (#2 and #3). 

I am interested how will be packitem reclassified if: 
1) I will add packitem (#1) to reclass event?
2) I will add pack details (#2 and #3), but not packitem (#1) to reclass event?
