Cusatom Manage Query & Custom Dunning Template

Hi,

We have developed custom staged dunning template which has additional fields in comparison to standard Staged Dunning Template. We have applied the template properly in XML Publisher.

We have also created custom query by modifying the standard query found in 'Manage Queries' in advanced collections.

But everytime we apply the query we receive error msg.

Are we missing any set-up or is there any work around to achieve the objective??.


We don't have license for Advanced Collections.
