Collectors based on Territories

Hi,

Collector A  handles any invoices from California
Assume a customer is based in New York
if the New York customer orders from California the collector to be assigned to those invoices is  Collector A,  If the New York customer orders from Texas the collector to be assigned to those invoices should be Texas Collector B 

so how can  we handle scenario in Adv Collections?
