Issues faced in workflow

Hi,
In a workflow II noticed that the process that I created does not get launched all the times though the process is supposed to be launched.
It occurs intermittently. After 10 to 15 mins, the process is launched.

Is there any memory/cache related issue?

Also I am unable to view workflows launched by others in the status monitor.
How do I view the workflows launched by others in the status monitor?


Also, when I try to view the workflow in status monitor, it throws java exception.
What could be the reason beind the same?
