Enterprise T5440 Server Failed to plumb IPv4 interface(s): nxge0

Hi all

I have a Enterprise T5440 Server down and cannot poweron ,I find cpu0  may be have a problem ,then I remove cpu0 board and put cpu1 board to cpu0, It can be poweron,but when system startup  it have a error message "Failed to plumb IPv4 interface(s): nxge0"

system is Solaris 10 5/08 s10s_u5wos_10 SPARC and didnot installed any patch.

I cannot enable that network service, please help me thanks
